answering questions you may have and keeping you up to date on new sales and

information you might find helpful. The Diamond Blade Depot will not
sell any of your information to a third party and will be held by us in the strictest

Our Shipping Department reserves the right to route all shipments via the carrier of The Diamond Blade Depot's choice.
Requests for expedient Priority, Next Day, or Two-Day Service will
be billed, collected, or added to invoice.
Returned Merchandise Policy
Should you need to return any product you have purchased from The Diamond Blade Depot, please observe the following procedures:

Contact our Customer Service Department (1-(866)-619-4757)
to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Merchandise will not be accepted
without a Returned Goods Authorization number.An RGA number will only be given if an item was recieved
damaged. The Diamond Blade Depot only accepts returns for defective items that were sold to the customer. If a customer wishes to return an item that is NOT defective, he/she may exchange the item, or recieve store credit. |

A restocking charge of 10% may be billed. |
