Our Shipping Department reserves the right to route all shipments via the carrier of The Diamond Blade Depot's choice.
Requests for expedient Priority, Next Day, or Two-Day Service will
be billed, collected, or added to invoice. On Rush orders such as overnight and 2nd day air their are no refunds. If you need
the order modified please inform us and we will work with you on making sure you have all the tools and accessoies you need for the
job at hand.
Returned Merchandise Policy
Should you need to return any product you have purchased from The Diamond Blade Depot, please observe the following procedures:
||Contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 800-337-6842
to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Merchandise will not be accepted
without a Returned Goods Authorization number.
||All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid to destination.
||All returned merchandise must have been purchased
within the previous 30 days.
||A restocking charge of 10% may be billed.
The Diamond Blade Depot reserves the right to change and/or modify products
and part numbers. Images within these pages may not be up to date to the most
current product being produced.
